Facing life’s toughest challenges—whether it’s relationship struggles, overwhelming anxiety, deep depression, unresolved trauma, or the heartache of grief—can leave you feeling lost and unsure of the way forward. Imagine the transformative power of breaking free from past pain, rediscovering your inner strength, and stepping into a life with renewed purpose and resilience. In those moments when you feel most alone, having a compassionate and skilled professional by your side can make all the difference, guiding you toward healing and hope.

I specialize in working with adults, adolescents, and older adults, using evidence-based therapies like EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients overcome trauma, abuse, sexual abuse, domestic violence, loneliness, anxiety, and depression. My approach is holistic, addressing the past, present, and future to foster comprehensive healing. For those struggling with painful memories and emotional wounds, EMDR can help reprocess trauma, releasing its hold. At the same time, CBT helps challenge negative thought patterns, encouraging healthier ways of thinking and behaving. I also incorporate Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) to help clients stay present, reduce anxiety, and improve emotional regulation. Together, we create SMART goals, offering a clear, actionable path toward your aspirations.
