As you navigate the storms of life—whether it be relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, job loss, single parenting, or grief—you are searching for hope. Imagine the profound healing, growth, and confidence that can come from overcoming the blocks caused by trauma, increasing self-awareness, and building resilience. There are moments when we need a compassionate professional to walk alongside us, listen attentively, and help us rediscover our strength.

Understanding that you are more than your circumstances and connecting with your true self is at the core of my approach. I am passionate about helping people who have experienced trauma, addiction, grief, toxic relationships, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges by utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). You already have the answers within you—counseling can provide the new insights needed to address these challenges in a different light.

I look forward to working with you to create a safe and compassionate space for healing and growth. It is never too late to heal and find hope.
