With nearly three decades of experience as a special education teacher, campus administrator, and counselor, I bring a wealth of knowledge to support individuals across the lifespan. Whether working with children, adolescents, or adults facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, addiction, HIV, medical diagnoses, or PTSD, my deep understanding of how these challenges manifest in various environments—classroom, home, or workplace—drives my passion to connect, learn, and problem-solve alongside clients and their families. Together, we will foster hope and navigate a path toward healing and growth on a deeply personal level.

I incorporate a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s journey toward recovery. Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, I aim to empower clients to rediscover their inner strength and resilience.

I hold a Master of Science in Educational Administration and a Master of Education in Psychology, both from Texas A&M University, along with a certificate in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University. I am also an independently Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas, where I maintain a private practice.
