Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, especially when you're already carrying so much. You're not alone—and you're in the right place. My goal is to offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to create meaningful change.

I specialize in supporting adolescents and adults as they navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, chronic illness, and life transitions. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for a fresh perspective, I’m here to help you gain clarity, find your inner strength, and move toward the life you desire.

With over a decade of experience in educational and community counseling settings, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals and families facing a wide variety of challenges. My background as a special education teacher, behavior specialist, and counselor has provided me with a deep understanding of neurodivergent individuals, particularly those managing ADHD and behavioral difficulties. I offer practical, real-world strategies and a compassionate approach to help you thrive.

I take a client-centered, strengths-based, and collaborative approach to therapy. I believe that you are the expert in your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, offering guidance and tools while respecting your experiences and values. Together, we will explore your unique challenges and strengths, and I’ll work with you to develop strategies for change that feel right for you. I draw from evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and solution-focused techniques, tailoring my approach to fit your needs.

I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling from St. Edward’s University and am currently supervised by Mark Cagle, LPC-S, ensuring a high standard of professional practice and continuous development.

Whether you’re seeking therapy for a specific concern or are simply looking for support through life’s ups and downs, I’m here to offer guidance, compassion, and a safe space for growth. You don’t have to do it alone—let’s work together to create the change you deserve.
